Dr. Frost is an Industrial – Organizational (I-O) Psychologist who possesses specific expertise in psychological assessment, employee selection, performance measurement, leadership, organizational diagnosis, and predictive analytics. For nearly fifteen years, he has delivered talent strategy solutions for a client portfolio consisting of national and multi – national organizations in the telecommunications, energy, retail, hospitality, and healthcare industries. He has also conducted in- depth individual assessment on over 1,000 corporate leaders. Dr. Frost is currently a faculty member at The University of Georgia and is the Director of the Professional Master’s program in I-O Psychology.
