PMI Climate & Culture Survey
Personality Matters, Inc. employs a phased approach to climate and culture change.
We gather organizational data through listening sessions, online surveys, individual assessments, and more. With the available data, we define the critical issues, and outline recommendations.
Next, we engage in a collaborative design of a multi-pronged development strategy. With the client, we align resources to begin full-scale implementation. Finally, we conduct a closing evaluation based on key success metrics.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, or abbreviated as the MBTI®, is a personality test that assesses an individual’s personality through four dichotomies.
- Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
- Sensing (S) or Intuition (N)
- Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
- Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)
PMI Listening Solutions
Listening sessions, focus groups and individual interviews, allow leadership teams to understand and analyze employee needs.
PMI consultants collaborate with clients to identify overarching concerns. We then construct a customized series of listening-focused solutions. These structured engagements are designed to be engaging and interactive, with no expectations of right or wrong answers.
Responses are analyzed and reported thematically so leadership teams can chart an informed path forward.
DiSC® Assessment
The DiSC® personal assessment is one of the most valid and reliable tools that is used to boost an organization’s teamwork, communication, and overall performance.
The DiSC® categorizes behaviors into four personality types including:
- Dominance
- Influence
- Steadiness
- Conscientiousness
Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior®
The FIRO-B® is an instrument that helps clients understand their interpersonal needs. This assessment can help individuals analyze their typical behavior towards others and how they want others to act towards them using these dimensions:
- Behaviors: Inclusion, Control, & Affection
- Needs: Expressed & Wanted
Hogan Assessments
Personality Matters, Inc. utilizes various Hogan assessments including the Hogan Personality Inventory, HoganLead, Hogan Team, the Hogan Development Survey, and many more.
Hogan provides so many useful resources that can help our coaches develop analyses to better service our clients.
