Annette Hurley inspires the human spirit to lead, change and transform – in life and business. Having held a variety of leadership roles as a full time internal consultant, federal civilian employee and independent consultant allows Annette to bring a real-time richness and cultural understanding to her client partnerships. Annette’s experience has spanned diverse organizational cultures including the federal government; corporate; military; academic; and non-profit organizations where she advocates, influences, collaborates and leads multiple business initiatives from visionary start- up, to steady state, sustainable operations. Annette has provided strategic change leadership consulting to key stakeholders and senior leaders on organizational and individual effectiveness, change readiness, realignment; strategic visioning and planning; and team development. A pioneer coach and visionary leader, Annette has coached more than 500 leaders and coaches and created, built capacity for, and provided legacy leadership for an Internal Executive Coaching program. Captivating, authentic and creative in her approach to experiential learning, Annette regularly facilitates conscious change, mindful leadership and transformational coaching and mentoring programs, retreats and focus groups.


Executive Coaching 

Annette is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation and Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education and brings nearly twenty years hands-on individual, team/group and mentor coaching experience. Annette has provided one- to-one in person and telephonic coaching to more than 500 executives, senior leaders and aspiring leaders in diverse federal agencies, IT consulting firms, and non-profit organizations. She has logged nearly 5,000 hours of coaching.
